Traditional Hungarian bonbon speciality. Sweet cherry in cognac rounded with dark chocolate. Pleasure in a bite.
INGREDIENTS:
50 % dark chocolate (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: lecithins (soy), flavor), fondant (sugar, water, glucose syrup), pitted sour cherry (13,5 % min.) in alcohol, natural flavouring. Alcohol content is at least 2,5% V / m.
It can contain sour cherry stones!
It can also contain peanuts, nuts and milk.
Cocoa in dark chocolate is at least 70%.
